Oticon ON App Service Update


Apple® has recently released a new operating system update: iOS 15.4.1 is now available. This new update fixes an issue where a connection between the Oticon ON app and a user’s hearing aids could become disconnected after the phone reboots. Oticon encourages all ON app users to update their iPhones to iOS 15.4.1. While this update may install automatically depending on the iPhone settings, users can also initiate an update manually with the following steps:

1. Go to Settings

2. Go to General ‌ ‌

3. Go to Software Update ‌ ‌

4. Wait for the iOS 15.4.1 version update to appear

5. Tap Download & Install and follow directions


It may be necessary to re-pair your hearing aids to the iPhone if they no longer stream after the update.
